Note to the readers: The views and beliefs expressed in this article are based on my own conscience and observations experienced throughout my lifetime. They are not meant to shock or create disagreement with anyone’s sincere beliefs and convictions.
In my first article, The BIG Picture, I concluded by briefly elaborating on my beliefs of The Infinite Creator. I will now attempt to elaborate on my beliefs and understanding of GOD’s Master Plan.
Dutch philosopher Baruch Spinoza and well-known scientist Albert Einstein seemed to believe that GOD had no particular interest in mankind. On the surface, this may appear to be correct judging from the catastrophes, wars, worldwide conflicts, diseases, calamities of all sorts, personal misfortunes, unfair and cruel situations etc. GOD seems to be silent on occasion to our pleas for help and support in times of need.
There have been many books, magazine and newspaper articles, TV programs and Internet videos addressing whether there is any evidence that GOD exists. Our species has an insatiable need to know whether GOD does exist, and secondly, what is GOD’s overall plan for the universe(s), and how will the Master Plan play out in the end?
Albert Einstein was quoted: “I would like to know GOD’s thoughts, the rest is details.” And “I do not believe that GOD plays dice with the universe.” These are certainly fair and appropriate comments from such an eminent scientist. As I mentioned and described in The BIG Picture article, I am inclined to believe in recurring BIG BANG and BIG CRUNCH cycles, each lasting many billions of years, as measured by our human time scale. However, GOD as the Infinite Creator, Time does not exist since there is no beginning and no end. To put in human perspective, GOD is akin to a card dealer and distributes cards (BIG BANG and expansion of the universe) and when each game is over the cards are returned to the deck (BIG CRUNCH of the universe).
I believe that we, and all living organisms on this planet and throughout the universe or multiverses, comprise a spark spirit ultimately forming part GOD’s infinite spirit, signifying that are all created in GOD’s spiritual image. In the end, and after a series of multiple lives, we will evolve and eventually return to GOD’s spirit, since we will have achieved the worthiness to be repatriated with GOD.
GOD has created all the laws of nature, including all the matter that forms part of the universe(s). As long as the laws of nature are followed and abided by, the Master Plan should run its course relatively well. In order for the spirit that dwells within all living organisms to live and evolve in the universe(s) that is/are comprised with matter, GOD has given each of us physical structures that have evolved and will continue to evolve through time. With each lifetime we also grow and evolve through acquisition of knowledge, experiences and wisdom. I believe that with each succeeding lifetime we carry an unconscious wisdom made up of past lifetime experiences, thereby enabling us and other living organisms’ spirits to progress, eventually reach and return to GOD’s spirit for eternity.
I do believe that there are spirits that have achieved the level of perfection and worthiness to reintegrate the master Spirit of GOD. It may be that such spirits which have attained the described eternal status do return to help us in discreet and subtle ways in answer to our prayers and requests sometimes? Such spirits may, without our conscious knowledge, influence our decision-making processes on occasion for our own overall short and long-term good. This may be GOD’s way of providing constant support to us and other living organisms. Conversely, I do not believe that there are negative or bad spirits. I believe that evil deeds and thoughts are human-made and are as a result of our emotions, feelings, greed, envy, jealousy and so forth. I do not believe that GOD has a counterpart negative spirit, such feelings and negative actions that we and other living organisms harbour and set in motion are the result of our emotions, the environment we live in and the circumstances which motivate our negative actions and thoughts.
My question remains – What is GOD’s criterion and decision making process for choosing which lifetimes we, and all other living organisms, will have in our subsequent lives so that we can develop and improve gradually in conjunction with the proper evolution and adhere to the course designed in the Master Plan?
In concluding this article, I believe that GOD may appear to be indifferent to our physical and psychological woes, and could it be that GOD is instead more interested or focused on our spiritual evolution in the hope that we will eventually join and share eternal happiness with the Infinite Spirit? I am convinced that GOD is also carefully monitoring how we react to the challenges that we constantly face and how we handle throughout our lifetimes. This may possibly serve for GOD to determine which type of subsequent lifetimes our spirits will evolve progressively and attain the desired level of spiritual perfection previously described.
GOD may be an infinite card player and chess player giving us the free will to manoeuver through each of our lifetimes, yet GOD reserves the right to transfer our spirits to subsequent lifetimes for our continuous growth so that we and all living organisms will eventually rejoin the Infinite Spirit for eternity. GOD is therefore Infinite Goodness!
